PLEASE READ THESE ENTIRE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES. 

BY YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE DIRECTLY OR ENABLED BY YOUR INSTITUTE, OR YOU ARE OF THE LEGAL AGE REQUIRED TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT IN YOUR JURISDICTION IF THAT AGE IS GREATER THAN 16 AND YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, THEN YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO TALVIEW THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT PERSON OR ENTITY TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY TALVIEW AND MUST CEASE ANY USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

1. OVERVIEW 

These terms and conditions of use govern your use of HireOquick. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, so please check this page frequently for changes. Your continued use of our services after a change to the Terms & Conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Term

A customer has to agree to a year-to-year service, starting on the date of the order. When the service is due for renewal, we would inform the customer well in advance & also will give a grace period of a week after the date of renewal for the dues. The customer may cancel their account by sending the provider an email regarding their wish to terminate the account.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

The Services may be accessed by you for the purposes of completing an online interview, pre-employment assessment, job simulation, or other recruitment or education-related experience. As a Candidate or Student, you may be provided access to the Services by the organization that has asked you to complete the recruitment or education-related procedure.

You must not use this Website or the Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or Services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Site or Services, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use the Site or Services to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, or other malicious computer software.

You agree not to do any of the following in connection with your use of the Platform or otherwise: (1) engage in any activity that degrades the Platform for other users; (2) violate any policies we may adopt in connection with the Platform from time-to-time; (3) compromise the security or integrity of the Platform, or attempt to reverse engineer, modify or copy the Services; or (4) breach any applicable laws, rules or regulations, or infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other rights (including rights of privacy and publicity).

If you breach any of the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, we may take whatever steps we deem necessary to protect the Platform, our business, and our other clients, including, without limitation, suspending your access to the Platform and/or termination of this Agreement.

False Information.

  • Your name, email, and contact information must be correct, SpeedExam reserve the right to block your account if any false information is found.

Misuse of System Resources

  • No Multiple accounts will be entertained under one organization. If there is any multiple account creation under one organization name the first account will be kept active the later accounts will be automatically blocked without any prior notice.
  • The number of attempts in the free account will be 25 per month. Please make sure there will be no extension given under any circumstances to any client in the number of attempts per month even for any pilot testing to be done.

Account Cancellation

The customer is responsible for the cancellation of their account, backing up their data, and deleting their information. The customer may cancel their account at any time through the client account administrator area. At the time that the customer cancels their account, there will be permanently disabled.

4. CONTENT

You are responsible for all information, materials, audio, video, text, images, and any other content you chose to include in Your Content. While HireOquick does not claim any rights in respect of Your Content posted by Candidates or Enterprises or Educational institutions, you agree to provide HireOquick with a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use, distribute and display all content posted by you while using the Services provided that such license is restricted to the sole purpose of enabling HireOquick and its contractors to perform the Services.

You must ensure anything contained in Your Content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, or invasive of another’s privacy, and does not impersonate another person. You must also ensure that you have all rights necessary to use anything contained in Your Content. For example, and without limitation, there may be copyright owned by third parties in music, photographs, or other content that you choose to use in Your Content. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use such content before including it in Your Content.

HireOquick does not take responsibility for any content posted by third parties while using the Services. HireOquick expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Your Content. It is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to any individual as a result either directly or indirectly of any information published on the Site or made available through the Services.

Accordingly, you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against HireOquick with respect to any such content. You acknowledge that while you may be exposed to such materials, you will hold Talview harmless in relation thereto.

HireOquick reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Services where it has any grounds to suspect non-compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for :

i) ensuring confidentiality of your organization account password.

ii) appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organization account, and

iii) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this agreement. You understand that HireOquick is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Services for you.

You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. You may specify a process to be followed for recovering control in the event of such loss of control of the administrator accounts by sending an email to _________, provided that the process is acceptable to HireOquick. 

In the absence of any specified administrator account recovery process, we may provide control of an administrator account to an individual providing proof satisfactory to HireOquick demonstrating authorization to act on behalf of the organization. You agree not to hold HireOquick liable for the consequences of any action taken by the team in good faith in this regard.
